"I'm so glad that Dan is my insurance agent! As a young adult, newly on my own car insurance, I was embarrassingly terrified of dealing with any insurance agent. My parents had used Dan for decades, and I'd been under their policy, but I had some questions about my rate/policy, so I made an appointment to meet up with Dan. Dan couldn't have been more approachable, friendly, and relatable. He took me through my coverage step by step- who knew I basically had AAA-type roadside assistance coverage!- and carefully explained discounts for which I might be eligible. This simple meeting saved me a TON of money. Dan and his office manager (?) have also been fantasic when I've contacted them via phone and e-mail. I'll never switch to one of those cut-rate insurance agencies that will drop you after the smallest incident; it's wonderful to feel like you have a "friend" watching out for you."
